♠ Life Aesthetics™ Black Card - Terms & Conditions
1. Membership Ownership & Transferability
The Life Aesthetics™ Black Card is a non-transferable, non-sellable lifetime membership.
Membership benefits are exclusive to the original purchaser and cannot be reassigned, gifted, sold, or transferred to another individual or entity.
The included 1-year family coaching program must be used by an individual residing in the same household as the cardholder.
2. Payment Terms
Membership must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
No installment or payment plans are available for the Black Card.
All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be permitted after purchase.
3. Value & Redemption
The Black Card has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for any monetary equivalent.
All coaching credits, gifts, and discounts are redeemable exclusively for Life Aesthetics™ coaching services and cannot be used toward merchandise, events, or third-party products unless otherwise specified in writing by Life Aesthetics.
Credits earned (10¢ per $1 spent) and referral credits are not transferable, have no independent monetary value, and cannot be cashed out.
4. Lifetime Discount & Rate Policy
The Black Card includes a lifetime 50% discount on all coaching services offered by Life Aesthetics™.
If coaching rates increase in the future, the member’s 50% discount remains locked and applied against the new pricing.
Life Aesthetics™ reserves the right to adjust or discontinue specific coaching programs, packages, or offerings at its sole discretion.
5. Gifted Programs & Family Coaching
The included 12-week and 8-week VIP programs may be gifted to family, friends, or clients.
These programs never expire and may be redeemed at any time.
Gifted programs hold no cash value and may not be exchanged, refunded, or credited toward other services.
The included 1-year family coaching program must be used within 12 months of card activation unless an alternative arrangement is approved in writing.
6. Referral Program & Coaching Credits
Members earn 10¢ in coaching credits for every $1 personally spent on Life Aesthetics™ coaching. These credits are non-transferable and can only be redeemed toward future coaching services.
Members also earn 10¢ per $1 spent by any direct referral’s initial purchase, redeemable either as cash or coaching credit at the member’s discretion.
Referral credits apply only to the referred client’s first purchase and do not extend to renewals or subsequent purchases.
All referral payouts and credits are processed through Life Aesthetics™’ internal system and are subject to verification. Referral cash payouts may take up to 30 days for processing and are issued via approved payment method.
7. Program Availability & Priority Access
Black Card members receive priority access for coaching communication, scheduling, and program enrolment.
While Life Aesthetics™ will make every reasonable effort to maintain high availability and responsiveness, specific response times or coach availability cannot be guaranteed.
8. Liability & Program Continuity
Participation in Life Aesthetics™ coaching is voluntary. Clients acknowledge that health, fitness, and lifestyle results vary based on individual adherence, effort, and physiology.
Life Aesthetics™ and its representatives are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damages resulting from participation in any coaching or fitness program.
In the unlikely event that Life Aesthetics™ ceases operation, dissolves, or undergoes rebranding or acquisition, all Black Card memberships, perks, and credits shall be considered fully fulfilled and terminated with no financial liability or restitution owed.
9. Modification & Rights Reserved
Life Aesthetics™ reserves the full right to update, modify, or discontinue the Black Card membership structure, included services, or perks at any time.
Any such modifications will not affect the member’s lifetime 50% discount, which remains intact and enforceable.
Membership in the Black Card program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and acknowledgment that Life Aesthetics™ maintains complete discretion in administrative or operational decisions related to the program.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
By purchasing the Life Aesthetics™ Black Card, you acknowledge and agree to all terms listed above.
This membership is a limited, founding edition and represents a lifetime alignment with the philosophy, values, and community of Life Aesthetics™.
