WHAT’S INCLUDED + WHAT TO EXPECT
Here’s what working with us looks like 👇🏽
-
Before anything is built, we start with a real conversation.
We genuinely enjoy these calls because they give us a chance to hear your voice, learn why you reached out and talk through what you want to accomplish. We’ll also explain how our coaching works, what you can expect from us and make sure it feels like the right fit on both sides.
From there, we walk you through the next steps. You’ll complete your Lifestyle Audit, send us three (3) progress photos—front, side and back—and make sure you have a body-weight scale and food scale ready.
Once we’ve reviewed everything and received your payment, we begin building your program. Within 48–72 hours, you’ll receive access to your personalized Lifestyle Platform by email.
Before you begin, we schedule a private walkthrough call to show you your personalized plan, explain how the lifestyle platform works, what needs to be recorded and make sure you feel comfortable going into your first week.
Your first week is Discovery Week. You’ll begin your workouts and cardio, start recording your daily data and send us photos of your meals throughout the week.
Discovery Week gives us a realistic picture of how you currently eat, train and live before we build your first nutrition structure. It also gives you time to settle into the process rather than feeling like everything has to change overnight.
-
Your Lifestyle Platform is the home base for your coaching. It is simple, colourful and laid out from left to right, so you can open it each day and know exactly what to focus on.
Inside, everything is organized in one place:
Your goals, starting data, measurements and progress photos
Daily nutrition, water, cardio and step targets
Sleep, stress, mood, energy, habit tracking and your daily journal
Personalized meal plans, recipes and macro-tracking tools
Training programs, exercise videos and workout logs
Cardio programming and performance tracking
Your personalized supplement protocol
Weekly check-ins and coaching feedback
The real value comes from the habit of using it each day. You begin to see how your sleep, stress, food, training, weight and energy all affect one another instead of looking at each piece on its own.
After a few weeks, those daily columns start to become the way you think. You notice patterns sooner, understand what your body is telling you and make more informed decisions before we even have to point them out.
This daily habit of tracking is what turns your plan into a personal Lifestyle Operating System.
-
After Discovery Week, we do not start with a generic meal plan. We look at how you already like to eat.
Some people enjoy smoothies, pancakes and easy snack-style meals. Others prefer omelettes, overnight oats or more involved dishes. We consider your schedule, time availability, work environment, kitchen setup, cooking experience and how much variety you need to stay engaged and consistent.
We think about structure and content. The structure might be a smoothie, breakfast plate or bowl. The content is what goes inside it—the flavours, ingredients and portions that make it feel like something you would actually choose.
Inside your Lifestyle Platform, each meal structure includes:
Multiple meal options based on your preferences
Exact ingredients, quantities and serving sizes
Calories and macronutrients for every ingredient and meal
Step-by-step preparation instructions
A visual reference to help you picture the finished meal
Daily totals for protein, carbohydrates, fats, fibre and calories
From there, we adjust your nutrition each week using the full picture: how closely you followed the plan, hunger, digestion, water intake, training, cardio, body-weight trends, normal fluctuations, your cycle where relevant and how the week actually felt.
We do not change your plan because of one weigh-in or one imperfect day. We look at the pattern, compare your intake with your output and adjust your calories, portions, meal timing and food choices based on what your body is showing us.
-
We don’t start by choosing exercises. We start with you.
Are you training at home or in a fully equipped gym? Are you comfortable in the weight area, or does it still feel intimidating? Are you building from the beginning, returning after time away or already training at an advanced level?
We look at your experience, confidence, schedule, equipment, injuries, current fitness and what actually makes you want to train. Then we decide what your program needs to prioritize—fat loss, muscle growth, strength, performance, conditioning or a combination of them.
Inside your Lifestyle Platform, your program includes:
A weekly training split built around your schedule and recovery
Exercises selected for your body, goals, equipment and experience
Prescribed sets, repetitions, rest periods and intensity targets
Clear progression goals so you know when and how to push yourself
Warm-ups, mobility and core work where needed
Exercise videos, technique guidance and substitutions
Cardio programmed around your starting aerobic base and performance goals
Heart-rate, duration, pace and step targets where relevant
Workout logs for recording weights, repetitions and performance
Progressive training phases that develop as you do
Behind every program, we are thinking about exercise order, movement balance, weekly training volume, frequency, intensity, fatigue and recovery. We want you doing enough to create change without giving you more than you can recover from or consistently execute.
Sometimes that means giving an experienced athlete specific performance targets. Other times, it means helping someone become comfortable using weights, choosing exercises that feel approachable and building confidence one session at a time.
You record your training inside the platform so we can see what is improving, where you are getting stuck and how your body is responding. From there, we adjust the exercises, loads, repetitions, volume, cardio and recovery as your strength, fitness and confidence grow.
-
Each week, you’ll have a private 30–45 minute call with your coach.
We start with what actually happened in your life that week—work, family, stress, travel, sleep, headspace and anything else that affected the plan. Then we look at what needs our attention and what should change moving forward.
During the call, we review:
Daily weigh-ins and lifestyle ratings
Sleep, energy, stress, recovery and activity data
Your weekly feedback and modification requests
Training performance, exercise by exercise
Progression targets for the week ahead
Meal-plan feedback, food preferences and recipe changes
Calories, macronutrients, cardio and step targets
Upcoming work events, family commitments, travel and schedule changes
We then map out the next week with specific training days, cardio sessions, nutrition priorities and areas of focus.
You leave every call knowing what the next week looks like, what matters most and exactly what we need from you.
-
You receive your coach’s direct cell number. Your messages are not routed through an app inbox, assistant, VA or sub-coach.
Between calls, you can text us with questions, updates, meal photos, training feedback or anything that may affect the plan we built together. Because we know your history, goals and current week, we can respond with context rather than giving you a generic answer.
You work directly with the coach who builds, reviews and adjusts your program. When you message, you’re speaking to the person who knows your plan and is responsible for what happens next.
The coaching stays personal because the relationship is personal.
-
Your coaching does not stop when the weekly call ends.
We look at your platform data, check-in feedback, photos, measurements, training performance, recovery, how closely you followed the plan and anything you’ve shared with us throughout the week. Together, those details tell us what should stay the same and what needs to change.
That may include:
Updating calorie and macronutrient targets
Rebuilding meals or adding new recipes
Adjusting cardio, steps or recovery targets
Progressing exercises, loads, repetitions or training volume
Replacing exercises or rearranging training days
Building your next training phase
Changing weekly priorities around work, travel or family demands
Updating your Lifestyle Platform so the next week is ready to follow
Some changes are made with you during the call. Others happen afterward, when we sit down and rebuild the parts of your plan that need more time and thought.
-
When we make a change, we explain what we are seeing, why it matters and what we want you to pay attention to next.
Over time, you learn how to:
Build a training week that fits your goals, schedule and real life
Know what to focus on in the gym and when to progress, pull back or change direction
Build your own meal plans around your goals, training and current season of life
Adjust your food without feeling like every change means starting over
Look at your weight, photos, measurements, energy, hunger, sleep and performance as one complete picture
Know the difference between a normal fluctuation and a real sign that something needs to change
Decide when to push harder, stay consistent or give your body more recovery
Plan around travel, work, family events and stressful weeks without losing your momentum
Make your next decision based on what your body is telling you instead of emotion or guesswork
One of our biggest goals as coaches is to teach you what has taken us more than 15 years to learn. Instead of spending years figuring everything out through trial and error, you benefit from the patterns, judgment and decision-making we’ve developed through thousands of real coaching situations.
You can work with us for as long as you value the accountability, structure, planning and relationship, but you should never feel like you need us to think for you.
The goal is to fast-track your results and education until your Operating System becomes your own, something you understand, trust and know how to adjust as your life changes.
