The LA Method™
The LA Method™
The LA Method is the coaching system we’ve spent more than 15 years refining while helping thousands of clients navigate different goals and seasons of life.
Your week is mapped around your life, with your nutrition, workouts and direct access to your coach working together inside one clear system. We teach you why each adjustment matters until the structure becomes instinct and the changes become part of who you are.
We don’t just give you a plan. We install a better system of thinking.
-
Before we build anything, we want to hear your story. We want to understand what you have tried, what continues to frustrate you, what your life actually looks like and what you are hoping will be different six months from now.
From there, we reverse-engineer the goal, explain the path we believe will get you there and set realistic expectations around the time and effort involved.
We build the right blueprint by first understanding the person behind the goal.
-
We built the Lifestyle Platform because we wanted one place where everything affecting your progress could be viewed together.
Your nutrition, training, cardio, bodyweight, sleep, stress, mood, energy, habits and weekly targets all live inside it, along with your workouts, meal plans, food database, macro tracker and supplement guide.
By the end of each week, the individual days become averages, trends and patterns that help both you and us understand what is actually happening.
It is not simply where you track your week. It is where your lifestyle starts connecting the pieces.
-
Your first week is Discovery Week. Rather than immediately changing everything, we ask you to document how you already eat, train and live so we can understand your real starting point.
From there, we begin creating structure through personalized nutrition, training, cardio and habits designed around your goals and lifestyle. As the weeks build, consistency becomes momentum and momentum gradually becomes confidence.
Before we prescribe, we observe.
The goal is not for you to blindly follow instructions forever. It is for you to understand the decisions behind the plan and eventually feel capable of making better decisions for yourself.
-
Every weekend, we hear your voice.
We review what went well, what felt difficult, what your data is showing and what is coming up next. Work, travel, birthdays, family responsibilities, injuries and stressful weeks are not inconveniences we ignore. They are part of the plan.
Together, we adjust your nutrition, update your training, plan your cardio, build new meals when needed and organize the week ahead.
A week should never simply pass and disappear. It should always teach us something.
Between calls, you can message us whenever questions, challenges or decisions come up.
-
The Lifestyle Platform organizes the information, but information alone does not coach anyone.
The real coaching is in knowing what matters, recognizing patterns, making adjustments, answering questions, creating purposeful programs and understanding when you need to be pushed, supported or simply heard.
Our clients are investing in weekly planning, accountability, communication, education, programming, creativity, perspective and more than 15 years of coaching judgment.
The program matters, but judgment is what makes the program useful.
Over time, the relationship often becomes far more personal than people expect—and that is one of the biggest reasons many clients stay with us for years.
-
Very little happens in isolation.
Your nutrition affects your training. Your training creates a recovery demand. Your recovery influences your energy, and your energy changes how you make decisions. Sleep, stress, movement, habits and consistency all leave clues about why progress is—or is not—happening.
We use your platform to make those patterns visible, your weekly conversations to understand the context behind them and our experience to decide what should happen next.
Most people are not missing one perfect plan. They are missing a way to see the whole picture.
That is the LA Method: thoughtful coaching, honest communication, useful data and a genuine passion for helping people understand themselves.
